The challenge: one family, five countries

With hundreds of colleagues spread across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Denmark, the need grew for a place where everyone feels part of one organization.

The existing communication tools no longer matched the international scale and dynamics of Swiss Sense. There was a need for a central, accessible place where employees can go for everything they need to know to do their jobs well and to feel connected to the brand and to each other.

The solution with key features

To bridge the gap between teams, countries, and roles, Swiss Sense chose Keephub as its internal communication platform. The platform was fully integrated into the Swiss Sense brand style and named Swiss Family, in which the following key features were implemented:

  • A central timeline encourages knowledge sharing, inspiration, and connection between colleagues, where language is no longer a barrier.

  • A smart roles and permissions system provides personalized content per role or location.


  • Custom reports support daily operations, such as route information for delivery drivers, revenue percentages at national and store level, and insights into NPS scores and customer feedback.
