No. The module is intentionally kept simple. It’s not designed for separate learning paths or complex Personal Development Plans (PDPs), but for providing demonstrable knowledge that is immediately applicable on the shop floor.

Can you create mandatory lessons?

Yes. Mandatory lessons allow you to train employees on legally required topics, such as hygiene or (food) safety. You can see exactly who has completed which module.

Can you combine learning with onboarding?

Absolutely. Learning is ideal for onboarding. New employees can start relevant training immediately - covering topics like safety regulations or product knowledge - ensuring they get up to speed quickly and independently.

Do you also support classroom training or practical support?
