Originally a Dutch company, Hunkemöller has grown into an international brand and a household name in 25 countries. It is also the market leader in Northern Europe.

Staff training and engagement are crucial pillars of its international omnichannel success. To inform, engage, and motivate its “sheroes” (employees), Hunkemöller began searching in 2015 for a digital communication platform.

The goal was to connect more than 9,000 employees across different countries with each other and with the Hunkemöller brand, to drive performance on key KPIs.

The app provides access to all Hunkemöller news. Headquarters can easily share inspiration videos, interactive polls, important tasks, and instant updates with all employees.

In addition, employees stay connected with each other through the Keephub timeline and group chat, and remain informed about all social activities. And, just as importantly, employees have access to the Academy, the e learning tool. 90% indicate that they consider the product videos the most valuable feature for delivering even better service to customers.
