Keephub is growing. And to continue that growth, we are looking for a commercial colleague with energy. Someone who opens doors, spots opportunities, and knows how to follow through towards a collaboration. Not a salesperson with a script, but a conversation partner who understands how it works at companies where operations never stand still.

 

As a Business Developer you play a key role in further expanding our customer base. You focus on organizations where we can truly make an impact, from retail and logistics to hospitality. You set up your own trajectories, from the first trigger to the signature. Via LinkedIn, events, network, smart hooks, or simply with a phone call. You know when to accelerate.

 

About the role

 

Keephub is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up. We are building a platform where employees start their workday and where everything related to work comes together: communication, tasks, documents, planning, and policy. Everything in one place, tailored to their role. No noise, no hassle.

 

For organizations this means: more engaged employees, fewer questions at HQ, faster processes, lower costs, and more grip on operations. You help them gain that insight.

 

You work closely with colleagues from Implementation, Customer Success, Marketing, and the MT. You ensure that good conversations do not get stuck in 'we will get back to you', but lead to a concrete proposal and a great collaboration.

 

 

What will you concretely do?

 

  • Approaching new customers via phone, LinkedIn, events, and email: in your own way.

  • Conducting introductory conversations and uncovering needs.

  • Giving convincing demos.

  • Translating customer questions into concrete solutions (sometimes even solutions they had not yet thought of themselves).

  • Creating proposals, following up, and closing.

  • You build and manage your own pipeline and keep your CRM up to date.

  • You work in the enterprise and mid-size segment.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

 

  • You have 2 to 4 years of commercial experience in B2B, SaaS, Retail, or Food-Retail.

  • You can independently run a commercial trajectory from the first conversation to the signature.

  • You switch effortlessly between management, HR, operations, communication, and IT.

  • You are curious, ask sharp questions, and know how to build trust.

  • You think commercially, but always from a content perspective.

  • You seek freedom and responsibility in your work, and show it.
