Creating an army of passionate Sheroes
Originally a Dutch company, Hunkemöller is now an international brand and household name in 25 countries with market leadership in northern Europe. Staff training and engagement are crucial factors in the brand’s international, omni-channel success. To inform, involve and motivate their ‘sheroes’ (employees), Hunkemöller went in search of a digital communication platform in early 2015. The goal was to get over 9,000 staff across many countries in touch with each other as well as with the Hunkemöller brand - and raise the KPI performance across the business.

In 2010, Dutch based Hunkemöller, began its turnaround strategy. At the heart of the strategy was to create a brand - for the high street. We knew that a great brand needed great service - world class service, which is still at the core of its growth strategy today.

Head office can effortlessly share inspirational videos, response-triggering polls, important tasks or thought-provoking updates directly and immediately with all employees. What’s more, the staff are always connected with each another through chat groups and they can stay up to date on all the social activities too. And last but certainly not least, the employees can access the Academy - the e-learning tool, in fact, 90% of users regard the product videos as the most useful feature for providing customers with even better service.
