Keephub: work communication simplified
For two decades we’ve been helping retail and customer facing business improve their employee communication and engagement. In 2020 we became Keephub (We were called Retail InTouch). The name change was a development designed to share how far we’ve come in our journey to be the best one-stop, unifying workplace communication platform - and also our growth beyond retail into new sectors.

During 2020 we spoke at length with our clients and non-clients to understand more about what you wanted from an employee communication platform. You told us:

The Keephub Portal is accessible through desk and laptops, tablets and existing pay points / cash registers.
A ‘smart’ structure allows store managers private access to a day-to-day dashboard with store revenue, task management and even weather forecasts. The portal can also provide insights into the performance of other stores/outlets in the business – for example retail outlets in the same region – allowing a valuable comparison.
